We are proud to own the majority of the fleet available to our members and students. Four out of the eight aircraft belong to the Club and we will continue to invest in maintenance and aircraft to ensure your enjoyment of flying.
Piper Tomahawk – ZK-DMF & ZK-EQH
Learn to fly in the slickest Tomahawks in NZ! Designed specifically for pilot instruction, the Piper Tomahawk trainers have two seats side-by-side and a 112HP engine. An outstanding aircraft to learn in, with good visibility, refitted interior and the latest avionics.
Piper Archer II – ZK-EBX
Our main touring machine. 180HP engine, with a cruising speed of 115 knots. Ideal for scenic flying and cross countries.
Piper Cub – ZK-ERB
The perfect aircraft for those looking to develop their pilot training and flight experience by gaining a trail-dragger rating.
Citabria ZK-CMP
ZK-CMP joined our fleet in December 2011. This aerobatic tail-dragger offers a challenge for those Private Pilots looking for a change!
Cessna 172 – ZK-PAM
The Cessna 172 is a popular cross-country aircraft and is renowned industry wide as a reliable scenic-flight aircraft. A lot of our Club members choose to gain a rating in the Cessna to gain experience in a high wing aircraft and to take friends and family on scenic flights.
Dynamic ZK-DYZ
Brand new to our fleet in April 2011. Perfect if you’re aiming for a microlight certificate or seeking a fast and fun aircraft!
